Pediatric Sleep Day 2014

Connect with the leaders in pediatric sleep medicine.

This unique forum brings together specialists in the pediatric sleep medicine arena and provides an opportunity to learn, share perspectives and review the latest clinical and research findings in pediatric sleep medicine.

Target Audience:

Sleep physicians, psychiatrists, family physicians, neurologists, paediatricians, residents, sleep technologists and other health/educational professionals who work with children and adolescents in the sleep clinic setting.

The Program for Pediatric Sleep Day 2014 is attached. Pediatric Sleep Day 2014 has been accredited for 7.0 AAST CECs or MOCOMP CECs.

On the following day, Saturday, April 5th, the Youthdale Brain Development and Behaviour Day will be held. This event features the theme of Autism Spectrum and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders and features 7 speakers.

There is a discount registration for the combined 2-day event of Pediatric Sleep Day 2014 and the Youthdale Brain Development and Behaviour Day 2014.  Alternatively, or you can register for just one of the above events.  There is also and Early Bird Discount for registrations with payment received before March 15th, 2014.

The fillable registration form is attached – just complete, attached your electronic signature and mail back (sachung@uhnresearch.ca) with your payment.  Or, if you don’t have an electronic signature, you can print off, complete the biographic and payment details, sign and fax back (416-603-5292) or scan and e-mail to sachung@uhnresearch.ca.  If you still wish to email the form without an electronic signature, just please write the following in the e-mail you are sending with the registration form:  ‘I hereby authorize you to charge my credit card for the amount indicated in the Registration Form.’
